- This study aims to determine the influence of drama strategy on the ability to speak by Mahasantri/mahasantriwati Ma'had Al-Jami'ah The State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research focuses on Influence of strategy drama. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. Data collected using interview and video. The study participants were 30 Mahasantri/mahasantriwati. In this research, the data collecting technique by using interview, video, and documentation. This research shows that with drama strategy have an effect on to speech ability Mahasantri/mahasantriwati Ma'had Al-Jami'ah The State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi.
