- The aim of this study was to comparative the students’ stay in dormitory and Do not stay in dormitory of the English Speaking interest among the second graders of As’ad Senior high school Olak Kemang Jambi. This research is quantitative research. Sample of this study are 15 students’ who stay in dormitory and 15 students’ who do not stay in dormitory.The data of the Research are the comparative of who stay in dormitory and who do not stay in dormitory of the questionnaire. The data sources of this research are taken from the questionnaire sheet that was used test instrument of As’ad Senior High School Olak Kemang Jambi. From the finding of this research, the questionnaire calculation show that the results of stay in dormitory mean 1.39 and the result of do not stay in dormitory are 1.28.
