  • Tujuan : Melakukan evaluasi kinerja instalasi rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Karimun dari aspek pelanggan, ketenagaan, pelayanan dan keuangan. Rancangan Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan kinerja instalasi rawat inap RSUD Karimun melalui kegiatan observasi dan wawancara serta pengajuan kuesioner. Sumber Informasi dan Pengumpulan data : Informasi diperoleh dari pasien rawat, petugas rawat inap, manajer dan data sekunder hasil kegiatan tahun 2004. Data dikumpul melalui hasil survei oleh enumerator terlatih selain peneliti sendiri. Bahan dan Cara : Setiap responden baik dari pelanggan maupun dari petugas, diberikan kuesioner untuk mengisi harapan dan kenyataan yang dialami serta mewawancara beberapa manajer. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan tahunan pelayanan dan keuangan. Analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil : Kepuasan pelanggan terbesar pada dimensi tangible 68,8%, terkecil pada dimensi assurance sebesar 38,5%. Kepuasan kerja petugas terbesar pada dimensi pekerjaan sebesar 65,0%, terkecil pada dimensi promosi 28,3%. BOR 41,3%, LOS 4 hari, TOI 6 hari, BTO 36 kali, NDR 30/mil, GDR 66/mil. Realisasi keuangan terhadap rencana sebesar 70,73%, pendapatan rawat inap terhadap total RSUD 80,69% dan CRR rawat inap 61,14%. Kesimpulan : Secara keseluruhan kinerja RSUD Karimun diatas masih rendah khususnya pada tingkat manajemen dan petugas pelaksana. Namun demikian hal ini dapat dimaklumi mengingat bahwa RSUD Karimun adalah rumah sakit yang baru berdiri. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Rawat inap RSUD, Hasil evaluasi. <hr><i> Objection: To carry out a performance evaluation of in-patient installation at RSUD in Karimun regency from the aspects of costumer, employment, service and finance. Design of Research: This research is a descriptive one, intended to describe the performance of inpatient installation at RSUD Karimun through the activities of observation and interviews also the proposal of questionnaires based on the cross sectional design Resource of information and data acquirement: Observation is obtained from the patients nursed, the in-patients officials, managers and secondary data. Data is collected through the survey result by the skilled enumerator beside the researcher himself. Matters and procedures: Each respondents not only costumer but also the officials, given the questionnaires to fill the expectation and the realization realized also to interview several managers. Secondary data is obtained from the annual report of service and finance. The analysis is done both quantitatively and qualitatively. Result: The largest costumer satisfaction is on the dimension of tangible (68,8%), the lowest is on the dimension of assurance as much of 38,5%. The highest official work satisfaction is on the dimension of occupation as much of 65,0% while the lowest is on dimension of promotion as much of 28,3%. BOR is 41,3%, LOS is 4 days, TOI is 6 days, BTO is 36 times, NDR is 30/mil, GDR is 66/mil. Financial realization to the planning is 70,73%, the in-patient income to the whole of RSUD income is 80,69%, and in-patient CCR is 61,14%. Conclusion: Entirely the performance of RSUD of Karimun is still low, especially on the level of management and operational officials.
