- The purpose of this study is to study compensation, work discipline, and performance of employees of PT. Alam Jaya Perkasa. And its influence on the performance of employees of PT. Alam Jaya Perkasa. The method used is the technique of observation, interviews, questionnaires. The population taken in this study were employees of PT. Alam Jaya Perkasa as many as 54 people. Analysis of the data used in this study using SPSS 22. Data testing techniques used include Test Validity, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Correlation Coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis as a means to test and prove the hypothesis. The results of the study of compensation variables (X1) obtained tcount (5.484) >T table (2,007), work discipline variable (X2) tcount (6,071)> T table (2,007). Then the compensation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable (Y), the work discipline variable (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee and performance variables. The F test results show that F count (31,385)> Ftable (2.790), this is also strengthened by the probability of 0,000-0,05.For that third hypothesis which states there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Alam Jaya Perkasa. Compensation and work discipline on employee performance obtained the regression equation Y=16,347+0,335X1+0,350X2, while the contribution of the effect simultaneously was 55,2%, while the remaining 44,8% was influenced by other factors.
