  • This study is to menganalisisa Influence Motivation Work and Work Environment on Employee Performance At PT. Dipa Puspa Labsais a case study on the performance of the employee sales marketing department at PT. Dipa Puspa Labsais. This study aims to determine how strong the influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance At PT. Dipa Puspa Labsais either partially or simultaneously. This study is a category of business research which uses quantitative research methods. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. Obtained a total sample of 123 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis were previously tested with classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test with a confidence level of 5%. These results indicate that the Work Motivation and Work Environment siqnifikan effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously, it is partially evidenced by t test conducted on the three variables mentioned above and simultaneously indicated by F test performed well against to the three variables mentioned above.
