Available positive influence and significant among product to customer satisfaction as big as 45,6%. Significant's acquired hypthosts testing 0,000< 0,05 thuses h 1 accepted by its mean exists positive influence and significant among product to customer satisfaction. Available positive influence and significant among net-operating cost to customer satisfaction as big as 23,8%. Significant's acquired hypthosts testing 0,004< 0,05 thuses h 1 accepted by its mean exists positive influence and significant among net-operating cost to customer satisfaction. Available positive influence and significant among convenience to customer satisfaction as big as 20,5%. Significant's acquired hypthosts testing 0,011< 0,05 thuses h 1 accepted by its mean exists positive influence and significant among convenience to customer satisfaction.
