- ABSTRACT Klinik Cahaya is located at Jalan Ceger Pondok Aren, which operates in the field of health. The problems that occurred in Klinik Cahaya are located in the administrative system of Klinik Cahaya here still done with the recording system and to create and deliver reports are not effective and efficient. We aimed to examine and help solve problems faced Klinik Cahaya, by designing a clinical information system administration. The method was qualitative. The development model used is the OOAD and used modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML) using the Java programming language. While the software tools used were Visual Paradigm, Netbeans IDE 8.0.2 and MySQL as the database. With this development of clinical information systems, it’s expected to have better data storage also the report and archive of structured reports was effectively. The information system that has created is expected to help Klinik Cahaya to improve the health services as well as the performance of the organization, also gave the administration section as data processor patients.
