- Performance of strategic planning is a process in making changes that relate closely to make changes to their corporate culture. Corporate performance is a construct commonly used to measure the impact of corporate strategy. However, the problem becomes the problem of performance measurement and classical debate. Because performance is multi-dimensional where diverse purposes therein contained and the type of organization. Therefore, the performance is conceptualized in many ways and methods of measurement which is also diverse. But to be able to achieve optimal improvement company must hold its own strategy in order to make changes that increase the performance itself, and then create a culture of organizational excellence and agree on joint development efforts for the advancement of the organization.
