  • Nutritional status is a balance between nutritional needs and fulfillment, which is indicated by weight and height. The level of consumption is the ratio of the nutrient content consumed by a person or group of people compared with the nutritional adequacy rate. This study aims to measure the level of energy consumption, nutritional status and description of the level of energy consumption and nutritional status in Akper Kesdam IX Udayana Denpasar Dormitory. The type of research used is the type of observational research with cross sectional design. The sample in this research is all the students of level I which amounted to 72 people. The results showed that the energy consumption level of 64% was in good category, 25% more category and 11% in the less category. Nutritional status of thin as much as 9,72%, normal nutrition 52,78%, nutrition more 12,5% and obesitas equal to 25%. Based on the level of energy consumption and nutritional status of 6.25% with thin nutritional status has more consumption level, 11.11% with nutritional status of thin have good consumption level, 12,5% with normal nutrient status have more consumption level, and last 7 , 40% with obesity nutritional status has a good level of consumption.
