  • Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia is a malignant disease of blood cells derived from bone marrow which often affects children. Nursing problems that arise one of which is a deficit of nutrients. Nutrition nutritional deficits are not sufficient to meet metabolic demands. According to the Union for International CancerControl,every year 176,000 children diagnosed with cancer. The highest cancer prevalence in Indonesia is DIYogyakarta province, by 4.1%. Based on data from the Bali Provincial Health Office, childhood leukemia in Sanglah Hospital in 2014 as many as 200 patients. The study aims to describe nursing care in children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia nutritional deficits. This type of research is descriptive to design a case study of two subjects by the method of observing the patient's medical record documents. The results include the data found in the same study, there is a difference between theory and results of the assessment on the subject of the document. Diagnosis of nutritional deficits are not enforced. Interventions are planned on the subject of the first and second document is the risk of infection. Implementation is done in accordance with the specified interventions. Evaluations were documented using SOAP format. Documentation of nursing care is expected to do more comprehensive.
