- Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a bleeding disorder in which the immune system destroys the platelets. Patients with ITP were recorded in the United States, estimated to have 296,870 (95%) from 2006 to 2012. The age of 0-15 years found as many as 95 children in the period 2001 to 2010. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in children Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) with risk of bleeding. Research is a type of descriptive research by using techniques and data collection that is observation documentation. The number of respondents used is 2 people. The results of the patients one and two subjective data in the patient experienced bleeding gums. Diagnosis formulated in patients one and two is a collaborative problem of thrombocytopenia and anemia and infection risk. The planned interventions in patients one and two correspond to the established diagnosis. Implementation carried out in accordance with planned plans.
