  • Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) is an enlarged prostate on the urethra. In men aged 50 years, rates of approximately 50% and at the age of 80 years about 80%. TURP is done in BPH surgery with a success rate of 80-90%. Problems that occur after TURP is done post acute pain. The case studies will be conducted at the General Hospital Gianyar Sanjiwani in April 2018. This type of research is descriptive. The purpose of this study is to identify the results of the assessment to the nursing evaluation of patients post Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP) Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH). Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation guideline documentation. Number of subjects used were 2 documents. The results of this study indicate the subject of assessment at the first and second document, nursing diagnoses were formulated on the subject of the first and second document explains only nursing problems without formulating a nursing diagnosis is acute pain. Interventions are planned in the document for the first subject and the second using pain management. Implementation in accordance with the planned intervention. The evaluation results obtained are using SOAP technique. The results showed some differences with the theories that have been presented by researchers both from the assessment to the evaluation of nursing.
