Several studies have shown that relaxation therapy for back massage to decrease in preoperative patient tibial fracture. This study aims to find out the description of nursing care giving relaxation therapy back massage to decrease anxiety in patients preoperative tibia fracture, using descriptive research type using case study approach in two patients.
