- Background. Thyroid disorders are a condition in someone who arises because of a thyroid gland disorder. Thyroid Stimulting Hormone (TSH) is the main indicator to see thyroid function. Objective. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of TSH levels in patients with thyroid dysfunction. Methods. This research is a descriptive study using secondary datas at Niki Diagnostic Center Clinical Laboratory Denpasar. The study was conducted in January to May 2020. Samples of this study were taken from thyroid dysfunction patients who were examined for TSH levels in 2018 and 2019. Result. Based on sex, respondents who were examined, men were 21.5% and women were 78.5%. Based on the age group of respondents, age <20 years by 10.4%, ages 20-39 years by 34.1%, ages 40-59 years by 41.3%, and ≥ 60 years by 14.2%. TSH levels of respondents, 60% with euthyroid criteria, 11% with hypothyroid criteria, and 29% with hyperthyroid criteria. Conclution. Respondents with the criteria of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism are found in the age group of 40-59 years with female sex. Keywords: Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, Thyroid Dysfunction .
