  • Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory / inflammatory disease of the lung, characterized by a reversible obstruction of the airways (obstruction) and its sudden appearance if not given first aid will result in the risk of death. The most common main problem caused by bronchial asthma children is the ineffective breath pattern that is in the form of inspiratory and / or inadequate expiratory exchanges. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in children with bronchial asthma breath pattern is not effective in Cilinaya Room RSUD Mangusada Badung in 2018. Type of research used is descriptive with case study design to at least two subjects by using documentation study. Results from the first and second subjects assessment Patients complained of breathlessness, using respiratory auxiliary muscles. Nursing diagnosis is bronchial asthma with an ineffective breath pattern. Intervention is done that gives semi fowler position. Implementation performed on the first and second subjects in children with bronchial asthma on April 23, 2018 has been done in accordance with the procedure. The results of evaluation based on reference used by nurses in the room with a reference theory of nursing evaluation used by researchers differ. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the existence of some differences with the theory of researchers both from assessment to nursing evaluation.
