  • Stroke non-hemorrhagic is blockage of blood vessels that causes the blood flow to the brain is partially or completely stalled (Nuratif & Kusuma, 2015). Nursing problems that commonly occur in patients stroke non-hemorrhagic one of them is physical mobility impairments. Impaired physical mobility is limited physical movement of one or more extremities independently (Tim Pokja SDKI DPP PPNI, 2016) . This study aims to determine the description of nursing care for stroke non-hemorrhagic patients with impaired physical mobility in Oleg Ward Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2018. This type of research is descriptive research with case study design of two stroke non-hemorrhagic patients with impaired physical mobility will be observed in depth using documentary study by observing the patient nursing documents. The results showed that there are similarities between the two stroke non-hemorrhagic patients with impaired physical mobility in documentation of nursing care in the room but had some differences with the theories used as a reference by researchers. The results of this study are expected to revise and socialization on the SDKI and the standard of nursing care is used as a reference in the hospital.
