Hypertension is one in which the systolic and diastolic pressure increased beyond normal limits. This study aims to describe nursing care in elderly hypertensive acute pain. The method used in the preparation of this paper is descriptive method with case study pendekatkan with two subjects in the Work Area Sukawati Public Health Unit I. After three days of nursing actions occur given an improvement in conditions. The result is pain and Ny.S Ny.R clients with a pain scale Ny.R reduced from 5 to 2 and client Ny.S of 4 to 1.
