The initial step breastfeeding mother to baby is the implementation of the Early Initiation Breastfeeding, because Early Initiation Breastfeeding may provide benefits to the mother and to the fulfillment of infant nutrition. The purpose of this study to describe the Early Initiation Breastfeeding Award nursing care to improve the effectiveness of breastfeeding third stage of labour. The method used is descriptive research with case study design. The instruments used are study guides nursing care documentation and guidelines intranatal third stage of Early Initiation Breastfeeding. Research results obtained among other studies documenting the process in accordance with the theory of an assessment of intranatal third stage of labour. Diagnosis of nursing diagnoses are formulated not lift it raised obstetric diagnoses. The planning stage is not documented because no format specifically planning. Implementation granted in accordance with the theory Classification intervension Nusing and application of the Early Initiation Breastfeeding in accordance with standard operating procedures. Evaluation was found in two patients using Subjective Objective Assessment Planning document but there is a difference in Assessment. From the research that is expected to be used as guidelines for good on maternity nursing science, health care workers as well as further research.
