- Teenagers are individuals between the ages of 10-19 years. The main causes of death in women aged 15-19 years are complications of pregnancy, childbirth, and complications of miscarriage. Pregnant women less than 20 years old can be detrimental to maternal health and fetal growth and development due to immature reproductive organs for pregnancy. Complications in teenage pregnancy (<20 years) are higher than in the healthy reproduction period of between 20-30 years. The situation will be more difficult if coupled with psychological (social), economic, and stress, making it easier for miscarriages. Midwives as the health work closest to the community, especially in maternal and child health services, and provide comprehensive care for the postpartum period. The purpose of the case report is to explain the implementation of midwifery care for Ny. "IS" 18 years old and her baby who receives midwifery care comprehensively and continuously. The writing of this report uses the interview method, physical examination, observation and documentation from the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) book and the inspection agenda. Pregnancy as a result of obstetric care takes place pathologically, because the pregnancy of the mother has a Post Date pregnancy, so that delivery is performed by Sectio Caesarea. Postpartum Midwifery Care of the mother for up to 42 days is physiologically good for the process of involution, lactation, and locia to take place normally. Babysitting takes place physiologically, the baby is able to adapt to the new environment, and the baby shows no signs of allergic to the surrounding environment.
