HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENERIMAAN ZAT GIZI DENGAN STATUS GIZI PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RSUD WANGAYA DENPASAR

- The level of patient acceptance of food affects the nutritional status of the patient. The low level of patient's food acceptance will adversely affect the nutritional status and recovery of the patient, so that the risk of malnutrition will appear clinically during the period of hospitalization in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of receipt of nutrients with nutritional status in hospitalized patients at Wangaya Hospital Denpasar. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach conducted at Wangaya District Hospital from October to November 2019. The population of this study was inpatients at Wangaya District Hospital Denpasar and a sample of 39 people. The data in this study use secondary data that is data taken during the implementation of the MAGRS Field Work Practices at Wangaya Denpasar Hospital. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically using the Spearman rank correlation test. A total of 61.5% of the sample had normal initial nutritional status, 61.5% of the sample had a low level of energy acceptance, 53.8% had a level of good protein acceptance, 61.5% had a level of receiving less fat, and 59.0% had a level of less carbohydrate reception. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variable level of nutrient acceptance, and nutritional status of inpatients received p value> ɑ (p> 0.05) which means there is no significant relationship between the level of receipt of nutrients with nutritional status in hospitalized patients at Wangaya Hospital in Denpasar.
