- MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS “SE” 30TH YEARS OLD MULTYGRAVID FROM TRIMESTER III OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case report held at UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Timur area In 2020 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum are natural condition for woman. This case report aims to determine the result of midwifery care given to Mrs. “SE” from 37 weeks 1 day of pregnancy, labor, postpartum and newborn who are given midwifery care according to standard. The research method used in case report with data collection technique through interview, examination, observation and documentation. The care is given from February to May 2020. Midwifery care in pregnancy is done by giving 4 times care midwifery care in labor did from first stage until fourth stage of labor. The first stage lasted in 5 hours, the second stage in 20 minutes, the third stage in 5 minutes and the monitoring at the fourth stage was normal. The baby was born immediately crying, active muscle tone, the skin redness and the weight was 3355 grams. The process of involution uterus, the discharge of lochea and lactation during the postpartum was normal. The problems that occur during the care were physiological, it did not cause complications and risk the mother and baby’s life. Keywords: midwifery care; pregnancy; labor; postpartum; newborn.
