- DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN IN PRIMIGRAVIDA MOTHER OF THIRD TRIMESTER WITH ANXIETY IN DEALING WITH LABOR ABSTRACT Rate in facing childbirth in primigravida mother in USA in 2004 is 21.9%, and in Indonesia is 107.000 people (28,7%). anxiety has negatife effects that can experience low APGAR scores, physical health and mental fetus disturbed, the likelihood of the mother experiencing postpartum depression increased, and the birth can occur with (LBW). One of the measures to reduce anxiety is to provide health education. This study aims to determine the image of care in the mother of the third trimester primigravida with anxiety in the face of labor in the Midwifery Policlinic of Wangaya Hospital Year 2018. The method used is descriptive research with case study design. The sample used 2 patients of primigravida mother with anxiety in the face of labor. The instruments used are primigravida nursing care guidelines and anxiety guidelines. The results obtained are the study of the psychology of pregnant women is not studied in depth in the field, nursing diagnosis is not appointed in the room but using midwifery diagnosis.planning Specialon anxiety in facing childbirth is not in the room, but it has become one with educational note. Implementation implemented is in accordance with planned planning. Evaluation is based on SOAP.
