  • ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth, and the puerperium are natural conditions for a mother. This case study report aims to determine the results of care given to mothers "IR" from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, and newborns given obstetric care. The method used in collecting this data is the case report method using primary data such as interviews, observations and secondary data taken from the MCH handbook. Care is provided from March to April 2020. Pregnancy midwifery care is done by giving 8 times care. Childbirth care is carried out from stage I to IV. First stage lasts 13 hours 15 minutes, second stage 15 minutes, third stage 15 minutes and monitoring stage IV is within normal limits. The baby is born crying immediately, active muscle tone, reddish skin 3100 grams birth weight and 52cm birth long body. The process of lactation, uterine involution, lochea expenditure during the puerperium takes place normally. This shows midwives must provide care in accordance with the authority and standards of midwifery services. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that maternal care "IR" from pregnancy to the puerperium and newborn baby takes place physiologically.
