- Nutrition deficit are not enough nutrition intake to meet the needs of metabolism. The purpose of this research is to know the description of nursing care in toddler pneuomonia with nutrition deficit in Anggrek Room Tabanan Hospital. This type of research is a descriptive research type with case study design carried out in April 2018. The sample used is 2 people meet the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. Instruments use documentation observation guidelines. The results include an assessment of some undocumented data. Nursing diagnosis of nutritional deficit is not enforced. Interventions made are tailored to the established diagnosis. Implementation is done there are some actions done that lead to nutritional deficits. Evaluate using SOAP. This research is expected for nurses to do the documentation by completing the data in detail in accordance with the guidelines and develop the latest sciences in doing nursing care.
