Schizophrenia as a form of functional psychosis has major disturbances in thought processes as well as disharmony between thought processes, affect, volition and psychomotor, especially damaging oneself or others. Low self-esteem is negative feelings towards oneself that can be expressed both directly and indirectly. The purpose of this study was to find a description of the therapeutic activities of nursing care Perception Stimulation Group to Overcome Low Self-Esteem in Schizophrenia Patients in 2019. Type of descriptive research with case study design. Data collected from this study are secondary data obtained from observations by nurses while practicing at the Bali Provincial Health Office on five subjects. Evaluation results obtained after being given perespip stimulation group activity therapy is low self-esteem overcome with subjective data of the patient being able to perform selected positive activities, feeling himself useful, feeling happy, not feeling ashamed and guilty, having ability, improved eye contact, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of perception stimulation group activity therapy on low self-esteem in UPTD RSJ Bali Provincial Health Office.

Gangguan kesehatan mental terjadi dalam berbagai macam bentuk, salah satunya yaitu skizofrenia. Skizofrenia sebagai bentuk psikosis fungsional memiliki gangguan utama pada proses pikir serta disharmoni antara proses pikir, afek, kemauan dan psikomotor, terutama merusak diri sendiri atau orang lain. Harga diri rendah adalah perasaan negatif terhadap diri sendiri yang dapat diekspresikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui deskripsi kegiatan terapi pemberian asuhan keperawatan Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi untuk Mengatasi Harga Diri Rendah pada Pasien Skizofrenia pada tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data yang dikumpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi oleh perawat pada saat praktik di RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali pada lima subjek. Hasil evaluasi yang didapat setelah diberikan terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persespi adalah harga diri rendah teratasi dengan data subjektif pasien mampu melakukan kegiatan positif yang dipilih, merasa dirinya berguna, merasa senang, tidak merasa malu dan bersalah, memiliki kemampuan, kontak mata membaik, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi terhadapat harga diri rendah di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali.
