ABSTRACT
Approximately 500 pregnant mothers in Bali are estimated to be positive HIV/AIDS annually, the high incidence of HIV in pregnant women is due to the low knowledge of mothers on pregnancy prevention in because the lack of readiness to increase knowledge about HIV. This research aims to describe the care of nursing pregnant mothers infected with HIV with an increased readiness of knowledge about ARV medication, using a type of descriptive research. Data is records by Repository Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar. The results of this study were in common with the assessment with the theory used by researchers. Documented nursing diagnosis is a difference with the theory used by researchers because officers formulate diagnosis based on obstetrician care. Nursing plan for increased readiness of knowledge in the form of health education, intervention is contained in the integrated records. The implementation of nursing in the medical record has been performed in accordance with nursing intervention. Treatment evaluation is a difference in how SOAP writes the assessment. This research is expected that nurses can perform documentation by completing the data in detail according to the guidelines and can develop the latest sciences in nursing care.

ABSTRAK
Sekitar 500 ibu hamil di Bali diperkirakan positif HIV/AIDS setiap tahunnya, tingginya kejadian HIV pada ibu hamil dikarenakan masih rendahnya pengetahuan ibu tentang pencegahan kehamilan di karenakan kurangnya kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang HIV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan ibu hamil terinfeksi HIV dengan kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang medikasi ARV, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui Repository Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar. Hasil telaah data repository ini di dapatkan kesamaan pada pengkajian dengan teori yang digunakan peneliti. Diagnosa keperawatan yang terdokumentasikan terdapat perbedaan dengan teori yang digunakan peneliti karena diagnosa dirumuskan berdasarkan asuhan kebidanan. Rencana keperawatan untuk kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan berupa pemberian health education, intervensi termuat dalam catatan terintegrasi. Implementasi keperawatan sudah di laksanakan sesuai dengan intervensi keperawatan. Evaluasi keperawatan terdapat perbedaan dalam cara penulisan SOAP yaitu bagian assessment. Penelitian ini diharapkan perawat dapat melakukan dokumentasi dengan melengkapi data secara mendetail sesuai dengan pedoman dan dapat mengembangkan ilmu-ilmu terbaru dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan.

Implementasi keperawatan sudah di laksanakan sesuai dengan intervensi keperawatan. Evaluasi keperawatan terdapat perbedaan dalam cara penulisan SOAP yaitu bagian assessment.
