- DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN PATIENTS ASTHMA WITH INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCEIN CERMAI WARD OF KLUNGKUNG HOSPITAL 2020 ABSTRACT Asthma is a chronic respiratory disease. This condition is caused by inflammation of the respiratory tract that causes bronchial hypersensitivity to stimuli and obstruction in the airway. The impact that can occur by the narrowing of the airways that is produced by the presence of thick hypersecretion due to the reaction of airway spasm that is not effective airway clearance. The aim of this research is to describe the result of assessment, diagnose, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care asthma with ineffective airway clearance. The method of this research is descriptive research which aims to describe or describe important events or events that occur at the present time. The data collection technique used was documentation observation on 2 subjects and was carried out in May 2020. The results showed that there were similarities in the results of the study between patient data 1 and 2. In the diagnosis there were similarities. Planned interventions have similarities to the objectives and outcome criteria. Nursing implementation in the two patient data there are similarities only differing the time of delivery, and the evaluation of patients using the SOAP format. Keywords: Asthma, ineffective airway clearance, Nursing Care GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN ASMA DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG CERMAI RSUD KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Asma merupakan penyakit pada saluran pernapasan yang bersifat kronis. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh peradangan saluran pernapasan yang menyebabkan hipersensitivitas bronkus terhadap rangsang dan obstruksi pada jalan napas. Dampak yang dapat terjadi oleh adanya penyempitan saluran napas yang di hasilkan oleh adanya hipersekresi yang kental akibat reaksi dari spasme jalan napas yaitu bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dari asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan kejadian atau peristiwa penting yang terjadi pada masa kini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dokumentasi pada 2 subjek dan dilakukan pada Mei 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat persamaan hasil pengkajian antara data pasien 1 dan 2. Pada diagnosis terdapat persamaan. Intervensi yang direncanakan memiliki kesamaan pada tujuan dan kriteria hasil. Implementasi keperawatan pada kedua data pasien terdapat kesamaan hanya berbeda waktu pemberianya, dan pada evaluasi pasien menggunakan format SOAP.
