- THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL BREASTFEEDING MOTHER BEFORE AND AFTER MILKING BREASTMILK WITH MARMET TECHNIQUE ABSTRACT The problem breast milk in Indonesia still very low, the province Bali has not reached the target, the lowest achievement the Denpasar.The purpose study to determine differences knowledge and skills breastfeeding mothers before and after given guidance express breast milk with Marmet Technique the Denpasar Inpatient Health Center. Pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The samples 20 respondents with non probability sampling technique. The data used form primary data before and after taken from filling out the questionnaire distributed using Google forms via WhatsApp and skill data using checklist. Results obtained mean value knowledge and skills breastfeeding mothers given guidance milking with marmet technique, before = 74.00, after = 98.50, and skills before = 44.58, after = 82.07. Results bivariate analysis used Wilcoxon test for knowledge and skill p value = 0,000 (p <0.05), so H0 was rejected, Ha accepted meaning significant difference between the knowledge nursing mothers before and after being given guidance milking milk with marmet technique. The conclusion there are differences the knowledge and skills breastfeeding mothers before and after being given guidance express milk with marmet technique.
