  • Dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) or dengue fever is an acute viral infectious disease caused by the dengue virus. Diagnosis appearing in DHF is a nutritional deficit. Nutritional deficit is a condition in which a person loses weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in children with DHF with nutritional deficits in Tabanan BRSU Orchid Lounge in 2018. This type of research is descriptive research with case study design was conducted in April 2018. The samples used were 2 documents patient meet insklusi and exclusion criteria. The instrument used is the documentation guidelines. The results include the assessment of the subject 1 and 2 were examined there are similarities in the data all the major and minor not appear according to the researchers used the theory of reference. Diagnosis of subjects 1 and 2 there is a difference with reference to theory. Interventions used in subjects 1 and 2 are the same that overcome hyperthermia. Implementation of nursing subjects 1 and 2 were examined with reference to the theory there is no difference. Evaluation of nursing on the subject 1 and 2 there is a difference with reference to theory. Therefore, it is recommended in the room are expected to perform the documentation detailed and comprehensive nursing as well as use the standard in accordance with the latest scientific developments.
