- PATTERN OF THE BREATH NON EFFECTIVE AT PERINATOLOGY WARD WANGAYA HOSPITAL IN 2018 ABSTRACT Asphyxia is a condition in the newborn who has failed to breathe spontaneously and regularly soon after birth. The diagnosis nursing that appears at asphyxia is a the pattern of the breath non effective. The pattern of the breath non effective is a situation inspiratory and expiratory ventilation inadequate. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in asphyxia baby with the pattern of the breath non effective at perinatology ward wangaya hospital. The methodology used is research descriptive by design a case study conducted in April 2018. The samples used were 2 documents patient meet insklusi and exclusion criteria. The results obtained covering research have documented by nurses is leading to sdki, but there are some data not found. The diagnosis of subject 1 and 2 there are differences with reference theory. Diagnosis of the subjects 1 and 2 studied differed from theoretical reference. Nursing interventions from subjects 1 and 2 studied were 4 interventions written by nurses in the room. Implementation of nursing from subjects 1 and 2 under study there are differences with theoretical reference, Nursing evaluation in subjects 1 and 2 is in accordance with theoretical reference. The implementation of nursing from the subject 1 and 2 there are differences with reference theory, seen in the implementation of the nurse conducted fewer compared with reference theory. Nursing evaluation in subjects 1 and 2 is in accordance with reference theory. The results of this study are expected to be used as guidelines for both the Polytechnic Institute of Ministry of Health Denpasar and and Wangaya Hospital.
