ABSTRACT
Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease affect the part of the lung parenchyma caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which is transmitted through droplets released by individuals suffering from active lung disease. This study to determine the characteristics of nursing care in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with gas exchange disorders. This type of research is a descriptive study with a case study and a prospective approach to 2 documents that fit the inclusion and exclusion criteria observed using documentation studies. Data collection tools used are documentation observation. Based on case studies, the results of the study include assessment, subjective data and objective data already referring to the theory used. The formulation of nursing diagnosis has used the SDKI in the format P (problem), E (etiology), S (sign / symptom). Nursing planning in a hospital uses Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC) and Nursing Outcome Classification (NOC), whereas in theory it uses Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI) and Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI) as a reference. Implementation is carried out by the nurse in the room and documented in the records of the development of nursing and inpatient implementation. Evaluation nursing using the SOAP format. This research is expected to be made a part in monitoring the implementation of nursing care in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with gas exchange disorders

ABSTRAK
Tuberkulosis paru adalah penyakit menular yang mengenai bagian parenkim paru yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang ditularkan melalui droplet yang dikeluarkan oleh individu yang menderita penyakit paru aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien tuberkulosis paru dengan gangguan pertukaran gas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitain deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus dan pendekatan prospektif terhadap dua dokumen yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang diamati menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan studi kasus, hasil penelitian meliputi pengkajian, data subjektif dan data objektif sudah mengacu pada teori yang digunakan. Perumusan diagnosa keperawatan telah menggunakan SDKI dengan format P (problem), E (etiology), S (sign/symptom). Perencanaan keperawatan di rumah sakit menggunakan Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC) dan Nursing Outcome Classification (NOC), sedangkan dalam teori menggunakan Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI) dan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI) sebagai acuan. Pelaksanaan keperawatan dilaksanakan oleh perawat ruangan dan terdokumentasi pada catatan perkembangan keperawatan dan implementasi rawat inap. Evaluasi keperawatan menggunakan format SOAP. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bagian dalam melakukan monitoring pelaksanaan asukan keperawatan pada pasien tuberkulosis paru dengan gangguan pertukaran gas.
