- I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is one of the international airports in Bali. Noise can arise from airport activities. Hearing is one of the human senses that is very important to communicate. Marshaller is an officer who is directly exposed to aircraft engine noise. This study aims to determine the relationship of noise intensity with Marshaller's hearing loss at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar International Airport in 2020. This study used an observational method with simple hypothesis testing, the design used was a cross sectional study. Testing data using the Che Square Test (α = 0.05). The results showed that the highest age distribution of respondents was 26-30 years, 9 people (22.5%), the highest level of education was distributed in high school / vocational high school: 35 people (87.5%), the longest tenure was the most distributed during the working period < 5 years, Noise intensity> 85 dB 25 people (62.5%) and those with hearing loss 25 people (62.5%). There is a relationship of noise intensity with hearing loss of aircraft parking attendants (Marshaller) at Perum Angkasa Pura I I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Denpasar in 2020 with a P-value of 0,000 with the relationship included in the category of "medium" with a value of CC = 0.584 The manager of the airport It is recommended to provide PPE, conduct supervision, periodic checks and provide health insurance.
