- Abstract: Acupressure on the Scapula to the upper Extremity Muscle Strength of Stroke patients. The purposes of this research were to know the determine the effect of acupressure on the scapula to the upper extremity muscle strength of stroke patients. The design of this research is “pre-test - post-test with control group design”. The results showed all (100%) patients muscle strength increase after acupressure therapy, and the control group 20% patients muscle strength increase. Data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon Test, so that scapula acupressure therapy is influence to muscle strength increase. Abstrak: Akupresur Scapula Terhadap Kekuatan Otot Ekstremitas Atas Pasien Stroke Non Hemoragik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akupresur scapula terhadap kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas pasien stroke non hemoragik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain pre test-post tes dengan kelompok kontrol. Dibandingkan antara data pre tes dengan data post tes, pada kelompok perlakuan ditemukan seluruh pasien (100%) kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas meningkat, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol hanya 20 yang mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon dapat disimpulkan akupresur pada scapula secara bermakna meningkatkan kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas pada pasien stroke non haemoragik.
