  • Washing Hands with Soap (WHWS) is one of the sanitation measures by cleaning hands and fingers using water and soap by humans to be clean and break the chain of germs. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of toddler caregivers in the incidence of toddler diarrhea in the Work Area Regional Integrated Service Unit Public Health Centre I of the South Denpasar District Health Office in 2020. This study used a descriptive method with the technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results of the respondent's knowledge level are 45 people (90%) and 5 people (10%). The results of the level of respondents' attitudes are good categories 44 people (88%) and enough categories 6 people (12%). The results of the respondent's behavior level are 29 categories (58%) and the category does not meet 21 people (42%). It is recommended that the puskesmas staff be assisted by posyandu cadres to improve services, especially counseling or counseling on how to wash hands properly with soap and it is expected that caregivers of toddlers especially baby sitter to implement clean and healthy living behaviors.
