Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien PPOK dengan Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektf di Nakula RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar tahun 2018

- COPD is a chronic inflammatory disease of the respiratory tract and lungs that cause progressive airflow resistance which is a response to harmful gases. Common nursing problems that arise in COPD patients are ineffective airway clearance, mucous buildup and excessive secretion resulting in obstructed of the respiratory tract. This aims of this study to determine of nursing care in COPD patients with ineffective airway clearance in Nakula Ward Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar 2018. Type of this research used descriptive method with a case study design of two patients with COPD by observing the patient documents. The data collection tool used data collection guidelines. The results showed that, there are similarities of two patients COPD with ineffective airway clearance in documenting of the room care, there are some differences from the theory that used as a reference by researchers on diagnoses and evaluation with the theory used as reference in the room. The results of this study recommended to revision and socialization on nursing care based on Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standart 2017. Key word : nursing care, COPD, ineffective airway clearance
