- Abstract: Motivation of the the young women in implementation vaccination of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). The aim of this study was to knowing discription motivation of the the young women in implementation vaccination of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) in senior high school number 6 Denpasar in 2015. This study is a descriptive that using proportional random sampling with 178 respondents. Data were collected by questionnaires for respondents according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of research on motivation of the young women in implementation Vaccination of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) from 178 respondents obtained data is almost all respondents (97,19%) have high intrinsic motivation and also have high extrinsic motivation (77,52%), and also and no one of the respondents who have low intrinsic or extrinsic motivation. So it can be concluded about The implementation of vaccination Human Papilloma Virus (HPV ) is affected by the characteristics of adolescent girls that age well, education and the level of knowledge. Abstrak : Motivasi Remaja Putri Dalam Melaksanakan Vaksinasi Human Papiloma Virus (HPV). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi remaja putri dalam melaksanakan vaksinasi Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) di SMP Negeri 6 Denpasar Tahun 2015.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 178 responden. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan kuesioner terhadap responden yang telah memenuhi krteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil Penelitian mengenai motivasi remaja putri dalam melaksanakan vaksinasi Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)dari 178 responden diperoleh data hampir seluruh responden (97,19%) memiliki motivasi intrinsic tinggi dan juga sebagian besar responden (77,52%) memiliki motivasi ekstrinsik tinggi. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi remaja putri dalam melaksanakan vaksinasi Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)dipengaruhi oleh proses mental, kematangan usia, lingkungan, pendidikan dan tingkat pengetahuan
