The most common problems caused by typhoid fever are high fever (hyperpyrexia), continental febrile, decreased consciousness (sopor, coma, or delirium), severe complications such as dehydration and acidosis, perforation. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in children typhoid fever with hipertermi in orchid brsu tabanan in 2018. The type of research used is a descriptive study with case study design of at least two nursing documents observed in depth using documentation studies by observing patient nursing documents. The data collection tool in the form of study guide of documentation can be a check list that should be filled by the researcher which consists of two choices (yes / no). The results showed that there were similarities between two patients with typhoid fever who experienced hyperthermia in documenting nursing care in the room but had some differences with the theory used as a reference by researchers. This indicates that the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory used as a reference by nurses in the Anggrek Room of BRSU Tabanan and researchers, therefore it is expected that in his assessment to be studied in depth.
