It aims to monitor and detect any possible complications that accompany mother and baby start from pregnancy to childbirth. Health workers who are authorized to provide midwifery care, and that is midwife. This Final Report aims to determine the midwifery care provided to the mother starting from 39 weeks of gestation two day until the end of the postpartum. The method used in the Final Report is to use a comprehensive approach and documentation. Maternal obstetric care results are normal, not accompanying complications were found. The results of maternal care are normal. Postpartum care results are normal. The results of midwifery care in infants from birth to 42 days are normal. Conclusions on the results of care given to mothers from the third trimester of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum took place physiologically, mothers and healthy babies. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “WF” UMUR 28 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 39 MINGGU 2 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Pembinaan Kasus Di Lakukan di Keluarga Bpk.”YT” Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas 1 Kuta Utara ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan merupakan suatu proses dimana tenaga kesehatan yang kooperatif terlibat dalam manajemen pelayanan kesehatan secara terus menerus menuju pelayanan yang berkualitas tinggi dan biaya perawatan medis yang efektif. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memantau dan mendeteksi adanya kemungkinan timbulnya komplikasi yang menyertai ibu dan bayi dari masa kehamilan sampai masa nifas. Tenaga kesehatan yang berwenang memberikan asuhan kebidanan yaitu bidan. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan kepada ibu mulai dari umur kehamilan 39 minggu dua hari sampai akhir masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan dalam Laporan Tugas Akhir yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan komprehensif dan pendokumentasian. Hasil asuhan kebidanan kehamilan ibu berlangsung secara normal, tidak ada penyulit ataupun komplikasi yang menyertai. Hasil asuhan kebidanan persalinan ibu berlangsung normal. Hasil asuhan masa nifas ibu berlangsung normal. Hasil asuhan kebidanan pada bayi sejak lahir sampai 42 hari berlangsung normal. Simpulan hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu dari umur kehamilan 39 minggu dua hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis, ibu dan bayi sehat.
