- One of the factors that affect marriage satisfaction is the presence of children, but in fact there are still many married couples who need longer time to conceive, one of the causes is a reduced fertility rate. One of the reproductive disorders at childbearing age is infertile. Infertile is a condition in which a married couple who has been married for more than 1 year and routinely have sexual intercourse without contraception but do not have children. This study aims to determine the aspects that affect marriage satisfaction in infertile married couples using descriptive qualitative methods with the type of case study research. Data obtained through interviews and observations with 4 couples as informant, one of whom is infertile. The results of this study indicate that despite experiencing infertility, the four married couples who became informants felt satisfaction in their marriage because of the support from their family and partners, and there was no change in the attitudes of their partners, indicated by remaining romantic, still giving affection, and mutual love. help. As for the aspects that were found and played a major role in the satisfaction of the marriage of all subjects, there were six aspects, namely communication, flexibility, closeness, personality compatibility, sexual relations and financial management.Keywords: Marriage Satisfaction, infertile couples
