Partly say that the Insurance which walk during the time contains the gambling element, gharar, lap, exploitation, money sales, and precede the destiny. Others say that the Insurance enabled because there are not legal fundament expressing its illegality, and this is looked into to own the big benefit value in economics. One of new breakthrough in developing Islamic economic system is peeping out of concept of Syari'ah Insurance which is looked into more mirroring of values of religion teaching (Islam). Appearance conception the this Syari'ah Insurance represent answers to question of what is enabled by the existence of insurance concept based on principles of Islam teaching and at one blow as criticism to insurance which during the time walk, what is recognized with the conventional insurance.
