- There was misunderstanding among Islam people in facing issue about the developing of Islamic economics system. One side, there are circle which pessimist with looking into Islam that there is no or not possible to relevant teaching of economic problem. While other side, there are circle acknowledging teaching of economics but impress searched for the root of epistemology even in referring it historical root. Principals of Islamic law that related to economic problem are justified as base epistemology. Therefore, in this article, it will be studied about domiciling and principals of relevant law with the economic problem in developing economics system based on principles, values of religion teaching (Islam). Kata kunci: Hukum Islam, ekonomi, sistem.
