- The technology development has influenced to all life sectors, therefore it obligates all human life in this world to be able to socialize by technology. The Moslem community as the majority one in this country must be able to adjust the phenomenon above by having sufficient knowledge (to know) and skill in implementing job professionally (to do), the ability to perform equals in knowledge and profession (to be), and the ability to maximize knowledge to human interest together morally (to live together). To face this phenomenon communication technology should have the teaching learning process to the Moslems society. Kata kunci : Dakwah, media dan komunikasi Islam
