The management process includes planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The stages of repository planning start from banchmarking to universities that have already carried out repositories, acilities and infrastructure planning, human resource planning, making implementation procedures, and carrying out repository content management. Organizing human resources managing repositories is done by forming a special section that handles repositories and organizing collections using standard Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) subjects. The repository service consists of 5 (five) services namely user request service, deposit service, self upload service, and lecturer and student upload verification service.
