  • The purpose of this study aims to examine the performance improvement of employees of PT. Meiko Express from the factors of competence, compensation, training and work discipline. Methodology The research population is the employees of PT. Meiko Express. The sample measurement uses the sample adequacy provisions of the Roscoe rule with 96 respondents. Respondents 96 were taken in the best way that could be achieved or as closely as possible between the researcher and the respondent in the company. Data analysis of several tests, namely instrument test, multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. Findings The results of multiple regression hypothesis testing in this study indicate a significant positive effect on all variables of competence, compensation, training and work discipline on employee performance. Suggestion That the management pay more attention to the competence factor that has the greatest contribution value in order to achieve superior performance.
