- MICE is one of the activities engaged in the tourism industry such as meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions. As a result of COVID 19, the implementation of the MICE industry has experienced a significant decline. The Jakarta Convention Center's grows and develops into a venue for events such as business and trade show, exhibitions, entertainment and world events. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of COVID 19 on the implementation of events at the Jakarta Convention Center. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach, a case study looks at how often events are held at the Jakarta Convention Center before and since the COVID 19 pandemic. Research respondents were employees of the Jakarta Convention Center. Data were collected using interviews and supporting data through books and websites. The impact of the COVID 19 pandemic has directly reduced the intensity of holding events at the Jakarta Convention Center Convention Center.
