- The writer did the research to know the influence of emotional intellegence, compentation and work discipline to the performance of the non pns staff Panwascam secretarial office in Kebumendistrict.The respondents of this research were the non pns staffPanwascam secretarial office in Kebumen district. There are 60 non pns staff in this research. This research used descriptive analytical and statistical method, helped by SPSS.22,00 program. In the statistical method was done by using validity tasted, reliability classical assumption tasted, multiple regression analyst, hypotheses tested with t and F test.Hypotheses tested in t test showed that the variable of compensation and discipline variables didn’t have a significant effect. While the work emotional intellegence variables significantly influence the performance of non pnsstaffPanwascam secretarial office, in Kebumen district. In test F also showed significant value. The result of the research indicated the need of the increase of emotional intellegence, compentation and work discipline have significant influence either individually or collectively to the performance of the non pnsstaffPanwascam secretariat officein Kebumen district. Coefficient value determination also showed that the performance of non pnsstaff by emotional intellegence, compensation and work discipline in Panwascam secretarial office Kebumen district amounted to 61,3% while the reaming 38,7% was given by other variables which not present in this research.
