  • This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of product quality, service quality and design of promotional tools on customer satisfaction SODIKIN BRILink Agent in Jatisari Kebumen. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, this study uses 115 respondents as a research sample drawn based on a Likert scale that has been modified with scale 4. Data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis, t test, f test, and determination with assistance SPSS 23.0 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that product quality variables have a partial influence on customer satisfaction, service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, promotion affects customer satisfaction, while testing simultaneously proves that all of its independent variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction SODIKIN BRILink Agent in Jatisari Kebumen.
