- This study aims to identify and determine the preparation of the sales budget with the most appropriate forecasting method for product of UKM Roti Sabrina. Data collection methods in this study are observation and interview. The data used is derived from sales data in March-July 2018. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using the least square method. The results of the calculation of the bread sales forecast using the least square method, show that UKM Roti Sabrina has increased its product selling. In addition, UKM Roti Sabrina must do the budget using the method that the researcher have suggested, that is the least square method. This method is closer to the data processed by UKM Sabrina, Muktisari, Kebumen Keywords: budget, sales budget, trend least square method
