  • This study aims to identify and determine the preparation of the sales budget with the most appropriate forecasting method on the sale of AMIN Sistik products. Data collection methods in this study are observation and interview. Data analysis used is quantitative analysis, which is by using the least square method, moment method, and the Standard Forecasting Error (Standar Kesalahan Peramalan-SKP). The results of the calculation of the sistik (cheese stick) sales forecasting using the least square method and the moment method for the period of October 2017 to December 2017 indicate there is always an increase in the sale of its products. The results of calculations based on the SKP shows that the sales forecast method that has been chosen to make the sales budget for each product, namely spicy sistik is using least square method with SKP 62, sistik dragon fruit is using the moment method with SKP 113, melon sistik is using the moment method with SKP 12, and carrot sistik is using the least square method with SKP 43.
