  • This study used a endogenous variable, Reward Management System Application that refers to Reward System and using two exogenous variables, namely Employee Performance and Motivation. This study aims to measure the relationship between Reward Management System Application and Motivation on Employee Performance of sports club PT XYZ on Gading Serpong and Kelapa Gading. The purpose of this study is to discover and analyze the effect of Reward Management System Application towards Employee Performance of sports club PT XYZ, and to find out the effect of Motivation towards Employee Performance of sports club PT XYZ, and to determine the effect of Reward Management System Application towards Motivation of employee on sports club PT XYZ. The result of this study shown that there is a positive and significant on hypothesis 1 between Reward Management System Application towards Employee Performance, and another positive and significant relationship on hypothesis 3 between Reward Management System Application towards Motivation, while the result of this study does not support the hypothesis 2 between Motivation towards Employee Performance.
